Neither I, nor anyone else who assists on this system has access to anyone’s password. So, unfortunately, when asked, we can’t send someone their password if they have forgotten it.
However, what we can do, is to advise you on how to reset it yourself.
Step One: Go to our password reset link here: LOST PASSWORD
Step Two: Enter your email address that you used when registering.
Step Three: You will get an email a minute or so later which has a link you can use to reset your password to a new one.
Some Troubleshooting Tips on this.
1. If you don’t see your password reset email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail folder or Spam folder. It can often get put in there by your email programme.
2. If you can’t remember your password, that, we can assist with. Please just Contact Me and I can let you know the email address you registered with.
3. This bit doesn’t happen often, but did quite a bit with the Covid-19 situation. If you don’t have access to the email you registered with anymore, we need to have a short call so that we can be sure it is you. (A few teachers were locked out of their school systems and wanted to access courses they bought using another email ID). If you have given us a phone number or some other way to contact you when registering, I can use that to verify. In the event we can’t verify your identity, we can’t issue your account a new email.
